Emergency Care for elderly client at home
Our Fast Response Team assesses and provides support and care for a client and also family carers.

We obtain the necessary equipment and aids through the Local Authority and District Nurses, if required. This can enable a client to remain in their own home.

We regularly review the care needed, increasing or decreasing as necessary.

We have branches all across England, so if an emergency does occur out of the blue, one of our trusted specialised carers will be on hand to help.

If an emergency does occur at the drop of a hat, then call us. We can arrange for emergency care to happen in as little as 24 hours for people of all ages and all conditions are eligible to receive care from our carers, who are fully trained in supporting a variety of complex needs.

Who is Emergency Care for?

Sometimes accidents can happen so suddenly that families are left wondering how they are going to cope. Whether there has been an accident, a sudden diagnosis or you have simply been let down by your current carer, we are here to help you last minute.

By contacting us now, we could arrange:

  • Live-in home care after an accident or unplanned hospital discharge
  • Visiting care in an emergency, for as little as 30 minutes
  • Nursing care – our carers are fully trained and experienced with many conditions
  • Emergency care if you’re struggling to find cover at short notice
  • Urgent palliative care so your loved one can stay at home for those difficult last moments

We also understand that situations can better and worsen over time, which is why we are here to tailor your specialised care plan when and where it needs to be altered. We are here with you every step of the way to provide you with support built solely around you and your needs.
