Managing Your Live In Care

Our carers are all employed by our Company and so we are responsible for their N.I. contributions, tax, and also for their holiday pay. We also ensure replacement cover for holidays, illness and emergencies.

This makes it an easier option than choosing an Introduction Agency when the client then has responsibility for deducting tax, N.I., holiday pay and sourcing cover for holidays, sickness and other emergencies.

We have carried out full Disclosure and Barring Services and also taken up references to ensure the quality, trustworthiness and dependability of our care staff.

We are happy to look after couples who want to stay together, and this can be very much more cost effective than two beds in a care home setting.

We have found in many cases that when the health of one partner suffers, then the other is often struggling to look after them, and so this puts pressure on that person and in the end, their health deteriorates also.

We take a huge interest in making sure that the carer we provide is matched to your needs and wishes. This is vital to the happiness and well being of the client and is one of the reasons that quality live in care is such a successful option. We have found that live in care actually not only improves the quality of life, but also in most circumstances lengthens it, with many of our clients living well into their late 90’s. It is the 1 to 1 aspect which really underpins this, with the individual’s choice of meals, outings, day to day routine, and help and support in every area of their life. In our experience, this can never be matched even in the most caring of Care or Nursing Homes.

We also undertake to manage your care, with regular visits to you to check that you are happy with your carer, and the standard of care. We are able to respond quickly to any concerns you may have and put in additional care should this become necessary.

We can be reached 7 days a week to support both our clients and our carers, should the need arise.
