Training & Development

Vikki Training with Hoist

When we take on a new member of staff they undergo an Induction Process in line with Skills for Care which complies with the Domiciliary Care Standard Act 2000.
We train all our carers with core courses:

• First Aid
• Health and Safety
• Moving and Handling
• Medication

All carers are supervised every three months and have annual appraisals together with ongoing training to include specialist needs.
