About Us

Anne Oughton

Dove Home Care Agency was founded in 1993 by Anne Oughton with the belief that people are happiest being cared for in the comfort of their own homes.  We have grown from servicing a small number of clients to currently caring for more than 100, with Domiciliary / Home Care and  Live-In care throughtout the West Midlands and Warwickshire.  More recently we have been providing Live-In care in Devon. We employ between 50 to 60 full- and part-time carers.  We also have additional paid carers to provide emergency cover in the event of staff illness, holidays etc.

All care staff are interviewed, reference, CRB checked ( www.crb.gov.uk ) and covered by public and professional liability insurance with Alliance & Cornhill liability insurance.  All car drivers are covered with business insurance for clients' travel.
